Hi There,
I'm happy that I could finish some of the proposed updates and fixes. Let's see what's new on StatDiary ...
There were some small fixes around the chart - rules, label positioning, some design issues and colors.
One new feature is the new chart interval:
By default the interval chart shows the latest 30 days of data and the date selector options allows for selecting any interval.
The new big feature is accumulative chart:
Here are some examples I thought of for it's use:
- If you have a scrum team, count the task points with StatDiary. StatDiary will let you know when you reach a total point, a week limit, a scrum sprint limit or just a limit for a next step/promotion.
- You're tracking your weekly vitamin intake and you want to know that more than X milligram is harmful for your body. You would like to know when you get to that point so you can stop with that vitamin on that day/week/month.
- You're working as a freelancer on a project and you have a contract for 100 hours. You would like to know when you worked the total of 100 hours so you can invoice the customer.
At all these examples the total of entries are more important than a single entry. In other words, you know how many total "points" you would like to reach and now with StatDiary you can.
Check out the StatDiary site and let me know what you think about the changes.
Bye,
Peter
